I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. This allows sufficient time for another client to book the appointment. Clients who fail to provide 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service.

Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing proper notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service and will be required to pay a deposit for any future appointments.

If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments, but the full service price will still apply. Please note that some treatments cannot be completed in a shortened timeframe. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Out of respect for both my time and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible!
